Horrible manager who has no regard for his tenants. Forcing a disabled person out the door is despicable. Broken windows with no keys, in this heat meaning flats are left as hotboxes and awful to live in. Walking into the flat without even knocking on the door. Just a couple of examples of a horrible, unprofessional, and awful manager. I know of at least two tenants who have been left with poor mental health because of the constant antics of the representative of this company. Your manager is a disgrace to the profession and to your company.
