I have nothing but the highest praise and gratitude to Liz who works at Martin & Co in Southampton. Liz is managing work for both the Southampton and Gosport branch, but nothing is ever too much trouble. I am due to leave a rented property managed by Liz and she has sorted out issues that needed resolving promptly, always getting back to me for updates etc. She has also taken time out of her busy schedule to provide me with very helpful advice on renting and also provided recommendations to me on businesses to use on leaving the current property and moving to another rental nearby. Moving alone can be a lot of hassle and dealing with the logistics but Liz has helped immensely!

Barry helped us a lot when we moved out, we had a couple of situations with the landlord and he was patient and very helpful sorting out everything in a way that both parties were happy with the outcome. He did all he could to help us out and we are extremely grateful for it. The company itself, is very good and always does everything to protect the tenants and the landlord.

Very easy to book a viewing, Nice quick and efficient service, we didn't have much contact with the actual Southampton branch itself except when we picked up our keys but the few staff in there were very friendly and knew how to maintain a relaxed friendly environment. Shout out must go to Sam who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, I must have sent her a billion emails with very silly questions but she took the patience to help us through this transition into our first home. very professional and friendly. 10/10 would use again (hopefully won't have to anytime soon, no offence!!!)
