I have a student let in SO17 that Kings have managed for 5 years now. Compared to trying to do it myself, they have been so much better - they find tenants, collect and pass on rent and deal with all those plumbing/electric queries etc. without fuss and at reasonable cost, I have been most impressed by their service. I had tried other agents, and by comparison, Kings beat them comfortably. They have also been very helpful and informative about the HMO side of things and enabling me the keep in line with the regulations.

Super large store... it works very well when you pay yourself... very large selection... large selection of ready-made meals, sandwiches of all kinds, from veggie to vegan, and all kinds of meat! Very friendly staff... free parking... we love shopping here.

It's had some much needed TLC of late... Some store updates and a tidy up. It's welcomed.

It's a good store, however sainsburys in general recently decided to make the shopping experience ten times more arduous by separating things that should be together.
