Did a big shop at this supermarket, which (given the size of the shop) took me just over two hours. I ended up receiving a parking ticket from Euro Car Parks instead. I appreciate that the car park is managed by an independent company, but I would have expected Sainsbury's to take some responsibility. I contacted Customer Services and even followed up my case, but unfortunately never received a response. The shop itself is good, but the parking rules are inconvenient, and it was disappointing to receive no support afterwards. I won't be returning, as no one should be penalised for doing a large shop at Sainsbury's itself!
