Update July 2023 Up to 4 stars. Floors clean! Store well stocked and tidy. Looks much cleaner on arrival and escalator was fixed. Plenty of tills open. No veg throwing staff insight. However half the store was in darkness. Did they forget to pay the electric bill? Update October 2022 Reduce to 3 stars. Queued for 20 mins to get to checkout. Many gaps on shelves. Hardly any tills open at lower end of store. Escalator broken to go up from car park. Making getting up there an accessibility nightmare as lifts were full of staff transporting trolleys and stock. Store looks messy. Floors disgracefully dirty. Staff friendly but looked weary. 2021 Easily accessible. Well maintained parking structure below Sainsbury's. Store usually well stocked and most of staff helpful. One particular male staff member really stressy as he puts stock out. Have seen him a few times huffing and puffing around customers putting out vegetables. Caught him throwing veg in a boxes around customer's. Other than that top marks.
