Sainsbury's used to be very British in every respect. Then sensibly market-wise they decided to cater for the local foreign market as well. Unfortunately, this store has just had a big revamp to cater for the growing foreign university students community. Who in reality are there for a short period throughout the year. This has been done to compete against the local foreign specialist food stores, to the detriment of the permanent local residents. So like many others my custom has moved elsewhere 🙃
