I had a deeply unpleasant experience at the this branch, specifically with a manager named Sarah. Her behaviour was unprofessional, dismissive, and carried a tone of clear racial bias. From the moment I interacted with her, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. Her body language, tone of voice, and general attitude were extremely negative and confrontational, with no justification. I attempted to raise the issue with customer service, but sadly received no proper follow-up. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in a public retail space. I urge Sainsbury’s to investigate this incident seriously and ensure that such discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated within your stores. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
