A Driving Force In Our Difficult Chain

We have just exchanged in a long chain which up until the last moment looked to be an impossible task. I understand from our solicitor and other's in the chain that this has been a particularely difficult chain but thankfully we have the completion date which we hoped for. It has been our Seller's estate agent Enfields, specifically Shaun Jordan, who has been the driving force throughout. He has maintained a detailed oversight of the chain's issues and progress over the last month and been a crucial point of contact for us as well as the solicitors up and down the chain. Shaun's proactive approach has significantly eased the stress of our purchase and no doubt we wouldn't have exchanged contracts yet without him. Whenever Shaun has been unavailable for short periods (very rare), Sam Binnington has taken over the case and been an excellent second contact. Sam has been involved in the purchase from the viewing and was our main point of contact when making our offer and negotiating the price. This step involved quite a lot of conversation and Sam made this run smoothly with a very quick turn around of questions and offers. It has been invaluable to have two contacts at Enfield with knowledge of our purchase. We have found that Enfields have always been quick to reply, to chase others and to get back to us.
