Excellent service and follow up. The management and staff are all friendly. There is no course for concern when dealing with these guys. You can sleep with your eyes closed, knowing that they will do a proper job and deliver promptly.. Will highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Brian Linehan in Belvoir Southampton since January and he has been guiding me on my first buy to let. He has taken me through the various locations, property type, anticipated rental, gross and net yields for various different properties. We have also discussed the tenant pool that would be available for each property type. His analysis has also taken in capital values, anticipated capital growth and rental growth.
