We've been using Belvoir to rent out our flat for about a year now. If you are a landlord and looking for an agent to manage I can recommend them. They are fully managing our flat at the moment and it takes a lot of stress out day to day managing. They are quick to sort out problems for both tenant and land lord and very much approachable.
