Had a great experience with Belvoir Southampton. I needed to move quickly, and they made this very easy- I was in within 4 days of viewing. Everyone is so friendly and happy to help. Definitely would recommend.

Estate agents often get a bad name but we had no complaints with Belvoir. We were running against a fairly limited time frame and Belvoir helped us to sell and let out out our respective properties promptly. Communication along the whole process was very good and the team were very personable. On the basis of their performance we have asked them to manage the letting of our flat and would have no hesitation in using them again should we wish to sell our new home in the future.

I rented a property through Belvoir for a number of years, and had nothing but positive experiences in my interactions with them (which were few and far between - they just let you get on with living in the place you're renting)! Never any fees when renewing tenancy agreement (unlike a LOT of other letting agents), and rent barely increased over the four years I was there. Belvoir (and in particular Gwen and Loretto) were easy to contact whenever anything needed to be maintained in the property, and upon leaving the deposit return was processed very quickly.

Friendly and professional service from Belvoir. Recent issues at my property were promptly handled and followed up with other parties to resolution by Gwen. Very pleased with their service.
