We have rented with Belvoir

We have rented with Belvoir for 2 years and we have had an overall great experience! Professional and responsive if any repairs needed doing. What I truly enjoyed is that they always offer you an option to either be there for the repair or give the handymen the key so no need to take a day off work just to let the repair team in. At the end of tenancy they were helpful with notes on what would need fixing. Also, I liked the fact that they did not require the professional clean to be done as long as we were able to achieve the same result cleaning the property ourselves. We spent hours making sure the flat is in a great condition and we actually received the full deposit back within just days of the end of tenancy! I can honestly say the BELVOIR IS THE BEST ESTATE AGENT IN SOUTHAMPTON! I always recommend the company to my friends.
