Although we were buyers and not vendors, we found the service provided by Belvoir was superb. Their video tour of the property was excellent and really enabled us to gain an understanding of the property both before buying it and subsequently prior to moving in. This is so far superior to other video tours which in some cases are purely a video consisting of still photographs. This facility really has to be a benefit to vendors. Nick Wilmott, the agent we dealt with, was extremely professional, but informal, and could not have done more to answer our questions either directly or asking the vendor for information.
