After coming home from work to find a concern with the boiler and hot water tank, I was able to speak to a very helpful Property manager after hours. Gwen was able to provide support and guidance on how to proceed. A support call was logged on Friday evening and an engineer was onsite a few hours after the branch opened on Saturday. Amazing support from a team that really care about their tenants. Always welcoming and lovely to deal with. By far the friendliest letting agent experience I have had.
