I gave my property to Belvoir on a fully managed let as I am not local and they provided all the contractors I needed to redecorate and make my flat presentable for prospective tenants. Gwen was superb in arranging suitable quotes and managing the contractors. Before long they found me a suitable tenant and they made the whole process completely stress free.
