My wife and I have just Exchanged on our house sale through Coast & Country. It was a long journey. The housing market generally was rocky and house prices were not stable. Right from the beginning we felt Callum understood 'where we were coming from' and importantly, appreciated the changes in our thinking, both in relation to the home we were selling and the kind of properties we were interested in buying. Getting to Exchange was quite tortuous on occasions but Coast & Country hung on in there throughout - listened to us, offered advice, stayed on message and kept calm.
