Winkworth have been absolutely amazing for us. Ken in particular has been super helpful in facilitating our purchase. As first time buyers, we didn't really know what to expect when we started (AIP? Survey?? Mortgage offer??? WHAT????) But Ken has been so open with us and quick to respond to any questions or queries that the whole process has been relatively stress free (so far). On top of this, they've all just been really nice, approachable and easy to talk to. These guys are definitely worth working with if you're looking at buying, can't say the same about selling as we're not at that stage yet! But I can say that when we do come to sell, we'll definitely be getting in contact with them.

Wow you have been like a friend to me honestly when nicola handed me to you i was very skeptical at first not knowing you at all but the very first phone call with you changed my mind you were so open and so so friendly that my nervousness was gone. You always answered my call no matter the time. You guided me throughout the remaining process not like a teacher but like a family. You can't imagine how lucky i was to get you. Words are not enough my dear to describe you. Lastly thank you Greg for being so welcoming when we visited the office to collect keys. It looked like you were more happier than us. And thank you for the goodies bag it was so nice of you all.
