Winkworth lettings department, particularly Jasmine, seem to be incapable of organising workmen to maintain the property. They often don't reply, and more often don't take any action.. It has currently taken since September 2024 to simply have a weather bar put on a door.

Terrible experience with this agency, bad service and no support during tenancy. Ridiculous charges in the end of tenancy.

Called twice to view a property, rude and short on the phone when trying to obtain basic information about the lease and charges etc, was told I would receive a call with regards to a viewing, was never even phoned, called back to ask again and was told someone would get back to me but no one did, overall substandard service and wouldn't reccomended. What it looks like was happening was they was keeping the place back for a specific person and not letting anyone else get a look in possibly for a little drink or something to a local investor or developer. Won't be using as my agents for as long as I live in swf, will stick with church and hawes

Really disappointed with the person that came out from balgores. Had an attitude and decided to value my property to sell rather then what it was worth, I then see that they have recently put a property up around the corner for 50k more …
