Unfortunately, there was a two-month difference between the property's available move-in date and the move date you were able to provide. As the landlord required a tenant who could move within the property's availability, we were unable to arrange a viewing knowing the dates were not compatible. We understand this may have been frustrating, however, this decision was based solely on the significant difference in move-in dates and not a reluctance to assist. We also offered to register your details and help you find alternative properties that would better match your expected moving timeframe.
