We contacted Winkworth regarding our need to let a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Central Reading, beginning in July 2026. We were fortunate to receive a reply from Charlotte Ebdon “Executive Assistant to the Directors at Winkworth”. Right from the start, Charlotte made us feel we were in the right hands with no problem being too much for her, despite us being in California with no British credit history. After ascertaining our needs and preferences, she quickly found the perfect apartment for us. Every step was then clearly explained and dealt with in an efficient and systematic manner. She facilitated a smooth application process for us with the apartment owner. Charlotte’s warm personality made this whole process manageable for us and we are very happy with our new rental apartment.
