If you are looking to sell your house in the Folkestone and Surrounding areas, I would 100% recommend EWEMOVE in Hawkinge. It is no coincidence that everywhere you look in Hawkinge you see Ewemove signs everywhere. Damien has a fantastic team of down-to-earth people that help you every step of the way and are very responsive to any questions that you may have. They have a modern approach to this by forming a WhatsApp group which made communication between all parties effective. If however you struggle to use technology, they are very professional and can keep you up to date in other ways. Having been approached by several Estate agents, Ewemove stood out as they seemed very organised in their sales pitch, Damien produced a list of potential buyers that had been looking to move into the area but hadn’t found the right fit. Knowing their needs, he was able to call up the right people to view our house where the house was a perfect match. It should be noted that quite often Estate agents will bring anybody to view a property even if they know that they have no intention of buying it. Ewemove do not do this. They will put your house onto both Zoopla and Right move, whereas others usually go with one or the other. They also have a portal where you can keep track of performance with viewings booked, and how many times the house has been searched.
