From start to finish Neilson's were excellent. We completed on our house on 21st December 23. We had a fairly complicated situation and Neilson's supported us through each step. Claire Scott was particularly good, being patient, explaining things clearly along the way and very responsive throughout what was, at times, a very stressful situation. Credit to the whole team for their way of working and very deserving of 5 stars. If the other parties we were been dealing with were as good as Claire and her team the whole process would have been a lot easier! I highly recommend them.
