Straightforward, professional, but above all, they are honest. Paul is an absolute pleasure to work with, truly a breath of fresh air! I have to say I bought with M and P Estates and didn't sell with them but I wish I had! We not only received help but we felt appreciated and looked after, which is something we have rarely experienced when working with other estate agents.
