Recently completed on the sale of a flat in Droitwich. Despite the occasional challenge the process was pretty seemless, thanks in no small part to the efforts of Sarah and the rest of the staff at Oulsmans. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. House selling is always a stressful experience and it was reassuring to know that we had professional estate agents on hand throughout the process.

Oulsnam (Angela) at their Droitwich branch helped us (the family) to sell our family home. The family moved to Droitwich from London in 1965 to the property now sold. We all have had lots of memories that we cherish. Many of those memories involve times and occasions in the home. Both of the property owners (our parents) are now no longer with us. The 3 children have all grown up, had their own family's and moved on, but all within maybe 15 miles of Droitwich. With so many memories for all of us, the property sale required an estate agency with an understanding of the needs for the family. Angela was all of that and so much more. She is a very professional and highly competent property conveyancer who I would have no problem recommending to anyone. The sale ran alongside a probate process, meaning there were many 'extra' issues, and hurdles to overcome. Angela (and the team at Oulsnams) didn't miss a step. Everything was achieved and completed with the utmost care and attention to detail. Thanks to Oulsnams it was a seamless process that could quite easily have not been.
