We have just sold and bought houses through Move Revolution and could not have been more impressed. We chose the agency after viewing a property with Mathew Gurr and being really surprised by his knowledge of the property, the local area and his enthusiasm to get constructive feedback for the vendor. Mathew and the Haywards Heath team really took a lot of the stress out of the process. Initially, we received excellent guidance for marketing our property and ensuring we got feedback very soon after viewings, and later through excellent and honest communication, even when inevitable issues and delays arose. We really appreciated Mathew's speed of response to even small and non-urgent queries, and his willingness to chase things up, even when we knew he was busy. Move Revolution offered a totally refreshing experience of estate agents and we cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant the whole way through

We sold our house through Move Revolution after discovering them whilst viewing a property they were marketing. In the end we did end up buying through them as well. We had a few difficulties with flakey buyers and a slightly Volatile chain but Move Revolution were brilliant throughout. When our sale fell through they re sold it again within a few days. They then handled us and our buyers brilliantly whilst waiting for the chain at the top to complete. The way Sue progressed the sale to exchange was fantastic. Always keeping us informed as to what was going on and applying pressure to the other estate agents in the chain to get things moving. She handled tricky situations with brilliant diplomacy and was brilliantly helpful at every turn. Amazing Sue

Move revolution overall have gone far and beyond for everything . Sue was always a pleasure to talk to , very friendly bubbly personality. We spoke a lot and she was always happy. She made you feel like you were the only client she was dealing with and I know this was not the case. Any queries I had were always dealt with. At times I would call and Sue would already have the answer for me. For a process that's very stressful Sue helped to take that stress away. Thanks sue

A great service

We recently sold our house through MoveRevolution. Damien, Louise and Sue were really very helpful. They really did help us when our initial sale fell through by quickly finding another buyer for us, and then were very supportive keeping the sale together through a couple of minor problems. We would definitely recommend them over a high street agent.
