Sue Peyton recently helped us to complete on the sale of our flat and purchase of our house. We honestly couldn't have done it without her! It was an extremely stressful situation with complex issues on both sides of the chain. Sue and I spoke multiple times a day and she always kept me informed of what was happening and advised us on how to proceed. Not only is Sue extremely knowledgeable and professional, she is also very warm and friendly person. Sue is truly an asset to Move Revolution! We can't thank her enough.

Brilliant

Sue Peyton was fantastic in progressing our purchase, very proactive following up with my solicitor and the sellers solicitor and also facilitating communication between us and the seller. Sue was relentless in targetting our preferred completion date and we were impressed with the effort and committment Sue put in to try to achieve that for us. Sue also kept us up to date with the Sellers needs and timelines and this open and two way communication channel was key to keeping the move on track and mitigating pressure points. Excellent service and very friendly

We went to MoveRevolution as they had sold a number of properties within our area and this proved a wise move as Damian was extremely knowledgeable and knew the market well to price the Flat at an achievable price. We had lots of viewings and sold the property within 2 weeks of it being listed. Damian was very flexible throughout and his close proximity to the town meant we could drop keys round in the evening and catch up outside of my day time working hours. The sales support was also great and we used a recommended solicitor (The Partnership) who were also excellent. I would recommend Damian and Move Revolution and we would look to use them again.

Sue was a joy to deal with and did a great job pf progressing our sale. Our agent, Luke Ball and the rest of the Croydon Move Revolution team were also great and did a fantastic job of finding us a reliable buyer relatively quickly.

We initially instructed a local high street agent to sell our property, but after a period of slow interest and unrealistic pricing advice we eventually switched to Damian at Move Revolution, .Damien was able to swiftly re-list our property and once we found a buyer, the sales process support from the office was brilliant - they kept in touch with all parties and were fully aware of the situation as the sale progressed. We had used Move Revolution previously to sell a property and not sure why we didn't go back with them straight away. Although they didn't have a branch in the town we lived in , they were still local in the area and actively sought out our property in person.

It's taken exactly 8 weeks since we viewed our new house to exchanging contracts, with a 2 week period from exchange to completion. Apart from the fact that this has saved me a lot of money, it has also saved a huge amount of potential stress that is not so easy to put a price on! In the latter stages of the process Sue at Move Revolution was fantastic, calling nearly every day to advise and update. Much appreciated as sometimes these days one can forever wait on emails when it's quicker and easier to just talk! Once again, a huge thanks to everyone at Move Revolution, especially Luke and Sue.

A smooth journey

This agent are a breath of fresh air. Not only are their sales team great in giving a realistic appraisal, accompanying the viewings perfectly and getting a quick sale, the after service by the completion team (Sue Peyton) was second to none, in what - let's face it - can be quite a stressful part of the process. However she got us through and over the line. I cannot give anything but 5 stars for the all round service.
