I recently sold my property in Selhurst with Streets Ahead. Before using them, i sadly made a bad decision by going with a small family office (Cray & Norton) who only wasted my time and trapped me in a sole contract for three whole months while only having provided two viewings the whole time!! I took a liking to him immediately. Michael who then worked hard to sell my property didn’t disappoint either. Within 2 months i already got a buyer. After renting my flat through Streets Ahead for 5 years I had no reservations about selling it through them. As expected, I received a top notch service from market insight, pricing, listing, viewings and assistance + regular updates through the sale process. Philip and Michael were excellent.
