We’ve just sold our home with the help of Phil, Aimen, Davide & Kadeem. Their main focus was obviously to sell our house but what I appreciate the most is how up to date they kept us with the process. It was a long journey given the current market but it was a joy because of their friendly, efficient and willing natures. Phil has a good knowledge of the area and was honest in working with us to land on the correct price and Aimen got us over the line. We just sold our flat with streets ahead and Michael, Phil and Davide were all professional and really lovely people to deal with. Phil have a really realistic valuation and showed us lots of recently sold similar properties in the area as reference to set the price.
