This agency is light years ahead and I have been completely amazed at how professional the South Norwood Branch has been. I have a rental property and have previously used other local agents but it has been hard work. From the onset Jamaal and Nick have been in constant communication a first in my experience with the majority of real estate agents. A call to me directly is backed with a written email to keep a totally up to date communications loop. I would imagine that setting the bar as high as they have is going to shake up the rather low key competition.
