I had a great experience when I was a tenant with JLL. Ms. Keely Wesley helped me with managing the concerns pertaining to the property and she was especially helpful for resolving a long-standing issue with one of the utility suppliers. Also a shout out to Sam Palmer for his assistance with acquiring the property. As a side note, I did have some concerns about the check-out report prepared during end-of-tenancy, just an honest feedback.

I had my first viewing with Ali Alkutubi via David Conway today and I have to mention how professional Ali was. Ali showed good listening skills and considered what I was looking to purchase rather than sell a house at all cost, which is the impression I have received from other sales estate agents. Bought a property marketed by Manning Stainton, and had regular contact with both Gemma and Rochelle during this process. Both were excellent, keeping in regular communication and doing everything they could to make sure the process went well. This was despite a huge error made by a solicitor earlier in the chain, resulting in significant additional complication. Would be very happy to buy a property through Manning Stainton again as a result of this. Our experience of viewing properties marked by Manning Stainton was mixed (we saw quite a lot, since our house was on the market for a while). Some of their colleagues were great at the viewing, others seemed disinterested or knew nothing about the property. I'm sure this is hard when they have a lot of houses on the market, but at the time it made us feel we had made the right decision in using a different agent to sell ours.
