They are not responding is very poor service they saying they will touch quickly but they never get back again. Very poor customer service. Very very poor service

Good afternoon. I'm very surprised to receive this review. We informed you multiple times that the landlord would not accept 5 people in their 2 bedroom apartment. You would require a minimum 3 bedroom property. Please remove this review urgently as it is incorrect and unfair.

Extremely rude agents who cut you mid sentence. They don't want to listen to what their customers want. They just want to close the deal. Very annoying and ruined my dayNegativeQuality, Professionalism

We had a very bad experience where agent has half information and that delayed our process when we only had 6 more days to move in where agent promised to finalize the deal but later on making excuses with documentations which he even is not aware of and delaying the process, and at the end because of unknown reason or fault from referencing we were asked to contact them or literally said now nothing can be done. At the end we had to pull out our offer and now struggling to find a place on urgent basis. Not at all cooperative with false commitments. You don't promise if something is not possible and dont delay process by asking for unwanted documentation and half knowledge. We wasted so much time and now left with no property.NegativeProfessionalism

Unfortunately, you failed the referencing process as your employer confirmed you are on a temporary contract and have been there for under 3 months, despite you informing us on your application forms and verbally that you were in full time employment on a permanent basis. We offered you the option to obtain a guarantor to secure the property however, you were unable to do so. You were also unable to provide the relevant documents to pass Right To Rent checks which is a legal requirement. We assume from this message that you no longer wish to proceed with the rental and will withdraw your application. horrible service. My boyfriend and I arranged a viewing for a property that David Conway have advertised. We live far away, need one and a half hour to get there. when we on our way, 30 minutes before the meeting time, received a phone call from their agent saying that he was running late and need to re-schedule. we told him that we had already on the way and we live in East London, we came across the London only for this viewing. anyway, they just cancel our viewing!!! What a waste of our time!!!!! We will never be using them again. no apologies at all! it happened late month. 2018
