Thank you for your feedback which is surprising. A good Estate Agent will keep calling solicitors in order to facilitate the sale. This is what assisted in your successful purchase. Surely the negative feedback should be directed at the party charging you for their time rather than the estate agent whom is not. In regards to the management charges, we don’t claim to be the cheapest agent around, nor are we the most expensive. You get what you pay for in this industry and perhaps you’ll realise that in time.
