Thank you for your feedback which is surprising. A good Estate Agent will keep calling solicitors in order to facilitate the sale. This is what assisted in your successful purchase. Surely the negative feedback should be directed at the party charging you for their time rather than the estate agent whom is not. In regards to the management charges, we don’t claim to be the cheapest agent around, nor are we the most expensive. You get what you pay for in this industry and perhaps you’ll realise that in time. These are completely false and libellous comments. We would suggest that you remove this review immediately, otherwise we will consult our lawyers. It is unsubstantiated and inaccurate. We are also shocked by your 'their people comment' and am intrigued to know what was meant by this. Imty; as explained, many times, we do not get paid by the purchaser, our fee is paid by the seller upon them choosing to accept an offer. The reason our sellers don’t consider your offers is because your offers are too low.
