Whilst investigating potential properties in the Harrow area I went into David Conway estate agents. Although there was nothing of interest to me, the agent, Susan Sweet, was very knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to understand what I was looking for and trying very hard to show me promising options in the area. Thank you Susan.
