We viewed two properties on Saturday, both of which we had booked in advance. The gentleman Ali alkutubi, who conducted the viewings was professional, friendly, and very approachable throughout. He was honest in answering our questions and provided clear, helpful information about both properties without any pressure. His knowledge and transparency made the experience straightforward and enjoyable. We really appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service, and we would happily recommend him to others.
