SHAMBLES OF A BUSINESS - I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I implore you not to use any of Intire’s services. Intire owed us £1300 for 6 months from a rent reduction after we moved into an uncleaned, damp property with a fallen through living room floor. They failed to answer countless emails about mould and damp issues - after 4 months finally providing 2 x 15cm high dehumidifiers - which surprisingly did not solve any of our issues at all ….. The staff are frankly incompetent and are unable to pick up the phone to communicate - relying on email chains to cobble together contractors, leaving us to chase money owed to us and repair works. After living in bitter university housing, I thought my standard of living may start improving. Intire have succeeded on lowering the bar even further - cementing the fact that a majority of letting agents and property management businesses don’t care for, not only students but for any of the population. Do better.
