Don’t like to leave a negative review but after dealing with Hannah West and securing a property we received a very vague email to say we had failed referencing therefore the property was being re marketed. There was no indication as to why we failed, and on pressing further she could not find any actual records of us failing. At this point we have lost faith in the estate agents and just want to move on, and request our holding desposit back as the law states if they cannot provide a reason for failing within seven days (they didn’t) it must be returned on the seventh day in full. It’s nearly two weeks now and nobody answers their emails or picks up the office phone. We could only get through to the manager at the Trowbridge office who agreed it’s not on! Such a shame, we will be filing a complaint unfortunately.
