Moved to another local agent to sell our flat and the new agent was 100% better. Need to be more pro-active with their clients in terms of contact and push, if they are going to compete in estate agency the market.

Antony, hi thanks for your review. As you know we listed the flat in May at a price that reflected where values were at the start of the year. We did manage to get an early offer of £325,000 however the prospective buyer got cold feet. Despite several conversations with you whilst I was actually away on holiday you were reluctant for us to reduce the price to reflect the changing market. Unsurprisingly after listing it with the other agent at £300,000 it went under offer quite quickly... Peter Brown, Director.

I made a formal complaint regarding the service received more so recently since change of property manager and i have had no reply after 3 working days which sums up how its been dealing with them lately more so the property manager. I have long standing issue which remains outstanding and has been since i moved in 16 months ago. If you don't answer call queries, emails or even formal complaints, maybe you will answer this???

Vindi, apologies for your frustrations. A response to to your email to the main office account was delayed by the weekend and we did acknowledge it within 4 working days rather than 3 we aim for. In your 16 months at the flat we have successfully dealt with 13 property management issues, including the provision of new appliances and an out-of-hours leak. Whilst we manage the property you must remember that we do not have a mandate to deal with some things without the landlord's consent. This can sometimes delay matters. I am sorry if we have not kept you fully informed in this case and I know our Head of Property Management has picked up this matter with you directly. Ms. Underwood, thank you for your review. We were instructed by you only on 10th October 2019 as one of several agents acting on your behalf. Your property had already been on the market with 3 other agents since May 2019 without success. Sadly, we didn't have anyone who wanted to buy the property having seen it and interest was limited in the Brexit-affected tail end of the year. We did advise you that the asking price did not properly reflect the condition of the property, however you were unwilling to address this. You informed us in early January that you had reluctantly accepted a very low offer through one of the other agents and we took the property off the market straight away. I note today that the property is unfortunately back for sale and we wish you every success in finding another buyer.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. After a year without any issues in the property, the agency initially agreed to a renewal offer for another year. We signed the new tenancy agreement, but just a few days later they cancelled the contract and served us with a Section 21 notice. My wife is pregnant, yet they showed no care or consideration for our situation. They have ignored our emails and responded with poor excuses for not renewing the tenancy. It feels as though they only prioritize the unreasonable requests of the landlord, while treating tenants like we should just pay and remain silent. This experience has been deeply frustrating and very disappointing.

My family member had such a disappointing experience with this estate agent, being penalised for receiving some help with housing costs, she was brushed off, lied to and told emails would be sent regarding properties which never were. I understand people who receive help are tarred with the same brush but my family member has been in the same job for 22 years and lived in her current property nearly 10 years without any issues! They say they don’t discriminate against people who get help but they 100% do which I’m sure is illegal! I think they should meet and get an understanding of the person before judging and fobbing them off!

Seller beware: This agent will take on the posting photos of the property. You do not hear from them ever about any progress Not even if there is any interest from potential buyer !

Kozan, our landlord agreed to rent the property to you subject to satisfactory references, however you failed the income reference and refused to provide the professional referencing company with the information they asked for to try and help you pass. We have explained this to you, very politely, on several occasions and returned your holding deposit in full. Unfortunately this has been a waste of time for all concerned... kind regards, Peter
