We recently purchased a house through Xact Homes and although it was a long and painful process (issue with the sale of our house), if it wasn't for Alicia, we wouldn't be in this house now at all. She has been the glue that has kept it all together and even though we were not the direct clients, we felt like we were! Alicia's ability to manage expectations of everyone in the chain is amazing. Her ability to steady the boat when needed, give us reassurance, yet push things through when required, hasn't gone unnoticed and we are thoroughly grateful for everything she did to see us over the line. I should also thank her for all the laughs along the way, always a pleasure to talk to and her positivity kept us going even at the hardest times and when we thought we might lose the house. I don't know what I'll do now, not talking to her pretty much every day! I'll have to buy another house!
