But I have to say Sarah throughout the whole process, which I admit has been very difficult due an an extremely unreliable client, you have insulted members of staff with your tirade of abusive emails and yet you are unwilling to answer a telephone call or return one. Our UK system of purchasing property is broken but we as agents cannot control this, all we can do is communicate and update, but all you have done is hurl abuse via email. Very unprofessional, unnecessary and rude. I suggest in life you get far more out of people by treating them properly and with respect. A little feedback for you. You reap what you sow in life.
