Julie has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process, always available to answer my (many!) calls and questions with patience and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. When our solicitor turned out to be particularly difficult and unhelpful, Julie really stepped up — offering guidance, reassurance, and doing everything she could to keep things moving smoothly. Her communication was excellent, and she genuinely cared about making sure we got through the process with as little stress as possible.
