Excellent Letting Agents

From the point we booked a viewing H2L were extremely polite and honest about how there process works, when viewing the house we felt we were able to have a good look around without being pressured about our time viewing the property, the application process was very quick and fast and we felt we were kept up to date with the process, overall a great experience throughtout so would highly recommend H2L lettings

Very welcoming and helpful letting agents

I have nothing but positive feedback for H2L lettings. This was the first property myself and my partner had rented, from the very first phone call H2L have been extremely helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our first viewing with them and they have made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole process, from application to our move-in day recently. As first time renters we had lots of questions and H2L were very good in answering us and helping with any further queries. The whole process was quick and simple and for first time renters this made us feel much more at ease. We kept up to date with any progress in our application and the next steps, when it came to move-in day the landlord and letting agent made us feel at ease. I would definitely recommend H2L to friends.

A different (better) type of letting agent

We dealt with Carl and his team at the Meriden office, and I can honestly say it is the best experience with a letting agent I have had (having had 5 previous, different agents). Firstly, when we got in touch Carl assured us that H2L do not operate a first-come first-served policy when it comes to letting out properties, and that they are keen to pair the right landlord with the right tenant. When we undertook the viewing, this became very apparent as we were allocated a large time slot to see the property, and we did not feel in the least bit rushed. Previous experiences elsewhere have been short and sharp, followed by a quick “let me know when you want to make an application”, however here, we were afforded time and space to consider our decision properly. The other thing I liked about Carl and how H2L operated initially was that he was perfectly up front with target move in dates, fees and other considerations. As a result, when we did move in, we felt confident we could express some of the forces working on us, and between ourselves and the landlord, with H2L facilitating were able to come to a very amicable agreement for all parties. Following that, the application process was transparent, quick and very easy. On our move in date, due to some technical issues, our paperwork was delayed in being produced, however Carl bent over backwards to ensure we got our keys on time, and met us at the property out of hours to ensure we had the keys when he had committed to. This shows excellent dedication and commitment to customer service. Overall, I cannot really fault our experiences working with H2L to date. The communication and desire to do a good job has been very welcome, and we look forward to a long and happy time in our property!
