Very helpful and responsive

Theresa has been very helpful in all aspects on getting me settled in the new flat. She is very responsive and available and easy to work with.

Michelle from Outlet was an agent of the property we bought. The whole process was very challenging and took almost 6 months due to various reasons but I felt that Michelle was the only person being on our side during the process and helping to chase different parties to get some progress. I would use Outlet again which I cannot say about any other agency or solicitor I have used in London so far
