Ralph at outlet is incredible
The communication from Ralph is outstanding. Nothing has been too much trouble regarding my arrival tomorrow tues 31/01.. I run conferences in London and have used lots of different accommodation. I haven't even arrived at my flat yet but will already be rebooking purely based on the service. Thank you Ralph - it really helps!

Best Customer Service I've Experienced For Ages
I had spent quite a while composing the text for my Ad and uploading the best pictures to make my room look good. I was surprised when I clicked the activated button as I really expected to be taken to a payment screen. I still can't believe that this service if free. I thought that something was wrong so I called the office and let a message. Within 1 hour Ralph Jacobawitz had called me, he confirmed that my Ad was live on the system. H said that he would study it in more depth and that he would send me an email if he thought that there were any changes required. I did get the e-mail and I followed his suggestions to improve my Ad. Very helpful indeed, great customer service. Thank you very much for the help.

Cristian goes the extra mile and is a great ambassador for Outlet
We have let property through Outlet for over 8 years and have found their service and prices to be second to none - and better than a couple of agents we use outside London. I was a little dismayed to find that Gary - whom I had dealt with exclusively had left - but have been very well taken care of by Cristian and Theresa. Our long term tenant moved out at the end of November and we knew it was not a good time of year for re-letting. Cristian kept me up to date by mail and phone calls (often out of hours when he had shown people round). He gave sensible and candid feedback and you could hear his enthusiasm for not just letting the property but to the right people. When a deposit failed to arrive he just advised - forget them - we will find better tenants; and he did. Cristian has a great demeanour for front of house and is more than ably backed by Theresa who has made replacing some furniture and managing some repairs an easy process. All in all happy to recommend Outlook but more importantly, the people who make Outlook - Christian is a great ambassador.

Very impressed by the service and level of professionalism
Criss was hugely helpful and very friendly indeed. His hard work and focus on us as customers helped us get a flat we were really pleased with. He always had time to speak to us, including on Sundays! We would highly recommend both Criss and Outlet property.

Me and my all family highly recommend cooperation with Outlet Property Services specially Cristian and Theresa. They are very professional ,with their work all problems disappear in minute, it is fresh air on London property market ! I'm renting first time property via agency but with this people all paperwork was done online in couple of days. If you want rent property don't be afraid long queues and hours in waiting room contact with them as soon as possible.Satisfaction and high standard services is guaranteed . Kind Regards-Zbyszek

Professional and quick to reply
I dealt with Theresa and Cristian. They were professional and prompt to respond to any inquiries I had. Best letting agent I've dealt with. Only had to pay £60 for a referencing fee. No other hidden costs. All dealt with pretty swiftly.

FAST RENTAL OF MY SOHO APARTMENT
I was recommended Outlet by a friend when it came to letting out my Soho apartment. I had already tried another very well known agent in the area with no success. Russell dealt with the property very pro-actively and soon had a tenant lined up for six months who then decided to extend for another two years. Cannot fault the service or the results!

Fantastic service
My flat was on the market with another agent for two months without success. When they suggested lowering the price I got in touch with Outlet. Cristian Lupascu was on the case immediately and the first clients he too there reserved it immediately. I can't recommend him or Outlet more highly.

Outlet has been excellent and gives me peace of mind
