I was looking for a one-bed flat in late Feb and viewed a property that showed by Cristian, he explained to me the details very well and provided the help of asking the landlord the additional questions that I had regarding the flat. The whole process of renting my current property only took 2 weeks in total and the customer services that Cristian provided to me was very helpful. Brilliant service and very quick

An all round great agency to deal with as a tenant

I have just concluded a two year tenancy through Outlet and I can honestly say they have been a pleasure to deal with. And when does anyone ever say that about a letting agency?! My approval as a tenant was dealt with by Russell who was unfailing helpful, friendly and prompt in his communication. He helped me navigate all of the boring paperwork and other things that normally make moving in to somewhere a chore. Once I was in, Theresa acted as my point of contact and again was brilliant.
