So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!
