I used Mark again, this time for a quote and again he did a brilliant job: did thorough research, liaised with tenants and came out with the exact right quote. I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough: they listen, they go away and do what they need to do and they deliver. 5 years on and I used Mark again to find a tenant and he and the team delivered again! They were brilliant again and found me yet another fantastic tenant! I cannot recommend this team enough. Mark has exceptionally good judgment and people skills and he seems to always under promise and over deliver. He is incredibly easy to work with, respectful of both landlords and tenants, listens to your needs, then goes out and finds super tenants. They whole team pulled together to make it happen and I cannot thank them enough. This is another review I wrote 5 years ago and it is still standing: I was in fact not planning on ever using David Evans as I find their shop window displays a bit old fashioned, but when I invited Mark along to get a third quote when I was having my house valued, he made me change my mind as he seemed such a nice and decent person. So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!
