Sara helped us find a flat during challenging Covid times in 2020. She is a professional, courteous and knows her stuff. Once you talk to her you know you’re dealing with a pro in this business. She politely noted our concerns post move and maintained a proper record. Deborah dealt with contracts, deposits and move out stuff. She helped resolve any differences in a practical and professional way so that landlord (I hope) and tenants both are happy.
