I dealt with both Mark and Karen and found them both to be incredibly pleasant throught my journey purchasing my home. It took a while to complete due to circumstances that had no bearing on their professional ability. But throughout my experience I was regularly kept in the loop and they treated me very well. I even had a glass of champagne waiting for me on the day of completion.
