Vickie at the Ashford Branch handled the sale of our property with professionalism. Vickie answered any queries we had straight away and kept us informed throughout the process and considering everything was carried out through lockdown was no mean feat. Vickie was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and made the process of selling my father in laws house (deceased) more bearable than it could otherwise have been. Alex the branch manager, all staff who answered the phone calls were brilliant. Good job done folks, thank you.
