So happy with the service I received from David Evans & Co Estate Agents. Had three different agents value my property and I felt that Mark from David Evans was the only agent who was confident (but not cocky). He provided sensible advice and listened to my views. The team seemed to work hard to ensure I had many viewings and were brilliant at promoting and selling my house. Feedback post viewings always informative and useful and I achieved a sale price above what both of the other agents had initially valued my property at. I can honestly say that all staff at David Evans were polite and courteous. They went above and beyond to assist me with any queries I had. If I were to ever sell again I would definitely use David Evans & Co and have already recommended them to friends and family who are considering selling.

We bought our first home through Mark at David Evans (in the height of Covid, sorry for the delayed review..!!). We were tight on timeframes as wanted to try beat the stamp duty holiday deadline, after a previous tricky seller who messed us around Mark really looked after us. We cant believe how kind and caring Mark was throughout the whole buying process, he really cares, he gave us great honest advice and acted as a great communicator between the seller and us. Mark was the agent when buying our house on shootershill and when it came for us to move on we didn't hesitate to use David Evans for selling our house. Throughout the selling process he was always just a text message away. He responded sometimes with in minutes and always within hours. He chased solicitors on both sides and seemed very genuine and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

Mark Sallnow and his team are people centred in their approach, ensuring that the right property is found for your needs and connects to you in a personal way. From the start they have always been very happy to answer any requests and needs and helped me immensely in finding my first home. I will always be grateful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are old fashioned and courteous without any pressure on the buyer to do anything that isn't right for them and their circumstances. I shall be using them again in the future.
